Léger Corner, Honey Blonde Ale

Léger Corner, Honey Blonde Ale

4.8% ABV25 IBU
Sweet and floral flavour from the honey blend into this malt forward beer, traces of earthy and herbal notes from the hops help to balance its bright sweetness. It finishes clean with a slight but not overpowering taste of honey.
Runway 11, Light American Lager

Runway 11, Light American Lager

4.3% ABV13 IBU
Runway 11 is our take on the Standard Light American Lager. Brewed with both pale malt and rice to keep the taste light and refreshing. Hopped just enough to balance out the malt sweetness and bring out subtle floral and spicy notes in the flavour and aroma.
Squeezed, New England IPA

Squeezed, New England IPA

6.0% ABV50 IBU
Out of the 4 main ingredients in beer (Water, yeast, hops and malt), the hops are showcased in this beer. We add a lot of the hops at the end of the brewing process to give the beer nice fruity notes without giving it a ton of bitterness.
East Coast Pirates, American West Coast IPA

East Coast Pirates, American West Coast IPA

6.5% ABV70 IBU
A classic West Coast IPA brewed with a healthy dose of NB hops. True to the Western style it packs an upfront but pleasant bitterness with lots of pine and citrus flavour mixing with hints of pepper and spice that linger as a dry finish on the tongue.
Foxtrot 33, Oatmeal Stout

Foxtrot 33, Oatmeal Stout

A well rounded stout, Sweet vanilla and caramel notes blend with the sharp bitterness of cocoa and roasted malt. Herbal and Woody notes from the hops add just enough complexity to make for an interesting but easily drinkable beer.
Petitcoudiac, Rye IPA

Petitcoudiac, Rye IPA

Sharp bitterness from the hops and spiciness from the rye mix together to create a well balanced beer.
Altocumulus, Hefeweizen

The Clove and Banana flavours of this traditional german wheat beer are derived from the yeast with precise temperature control, the light grain and hop usage lets them shine through to produce a very refreshing and pleasant beer.
Apricot Belgian Stout

Apricot Belgian Stout

A unique Blend of Apricot, dark malts and saison yeast create a surprisingly complex and appealing flavour profile, which each sip you can find a little more going on as you drink. Deep rich chocolate and coffee flavours creating a bittersweet beer with the tartness of the apricot in the nose and finish.
Echo Saison

Echo Saison

6.0% ABV17 IBU
Our Saison is light and citrusy with hints of lemongrass as well as clove, making for a very refreshing drink. Its hop presence is slightly higher than a traditional style but that is by design, this is particularly noticeable in the aroma.

A traditional german style of beer this beer balances both the dark caramel flavours of the malt with the earthy bitterness and spice of the hops used while still having a relatively light body.
Strait Across - Lone Oak Collab, Double IPA

Strait Across - Lone Oak Collab, Double IPA

7.0% ABV60 IBU
A complex beer that walks the line between the highly bitter resinous west coast IPAs and the sweeter tropical fruit flavours of modern new england style IPA’s. The Kviek yeast contributes notes of spicy phenolic flavours that fuse pleasantly into the notable herbal and piny bite of the beer.
Terre Rouge, Red Ale

Terre Rouge, Red Ale

4.8% ABV24 IBU
A well balanced red ale, that’s true to style offering a medium slightly sweet mouthfeel with pleasant caramel and earthy notes, moderate carbonation and enough bitterness for a clean finish.
YQM, Chezh Pilsner

YQM, Chezh Pilsner

4.5% ABV30 IBU
Brewed with a traditional decoction mash, this time intensive process brings out more complex malt flavours without the need for heavily kilned malts. A light silky smooth body with a moderate carbonation brings out the subtle bready malt character.
Copernicus - Foeder aged beer, Brett IPA

Copernicus - Foeder aged beer, Brett IPA

7.3% ABV45 IBU
Starting with the same recipe as “Squeezed” this beer spent 5 months in an oak foeder with a blend of Brettanomyces and Belgain saison yeasts. Over this time these wild yeasts and oak turned copernicus into a deliciously complex mosaic of earthy farmhouse flavours, tropical fruits and spices.
